Join me and Sarah Comer of Empress Alchemy Healing for a special outdoor guided meditation and sound bath on Saturday, July 20th, from 7-8:30 pm at The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill in Bedford, NH.

During this meditation, we’ll connect with the energy of the earth and the four elements as a tool to bring ourselves back into balance and alignment. Each participant will receive a crystal to work with and take home and reiki energy healing as part of this meditation. Expect the sounds of the singing bowls and vibrations of the earth to bring you into a state of peace and harmony during this magical evening under the stars.
