Sound Bath at
Kama Fly Fitness

Directions/ Studio Access:

Waumbec Mill - Kama Fly Fitness
250 S Commercial St.
Suite #3007A
Manchester, NH 03101

Parking:

After 5 pm and on weekends, any open parking spot in the front of the building is free and recommended. Street parking is also free at this time.

RECOMMENDED - Direct Stair Access:

Use the "North Entrance" and take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Enter the first door to the 3rd-floor hallway that you see.

When entering the 3rd-floor hallway, you will see a window at the end of this short hall - Kama Fitness is the only door on the left.

Elevator Access: (More walking, no stairs)

Use the main "Waumbec Mill" entrance in the middle of the building to access the elevator. Please take it to the third floor.

Exit the elevator and take a right. Walk the length of the (long) main hallway, take a left at the very end, and Kama Fitness is the only door on the left-hand side.

What to Bring:

As a reminder, participants will lie on the floor for ~90 minutes. To amplify your sound healing session, I highly encourage you to:

  • Wear something warm and comfortable.

  • Bring a water bottle - Hydration is always important, especially after a sound bath!

  • Yoga mat - If you have more than one yoga mat, you could bring both to double up your padding on the floor. If you prefer to bring a portable zero-gravity chair or outdoor lounge chair, please do.

    • If you rented a portable zero-gravity chair with your ticket, it will be available for you to set up wherever you would like. I would still recommend bringing a blanket or two.

  • A pillow and a blanket.

    • Please bring a pillow to rest your head. The bolsters are pretty firm to be used as a pillow but are great to place under your knees.

    • If you get cold quickly, consider bringing more than one blanket. The temperature of the body naturally drops during a state of relaxation. You can also layer a blanket on your mat for extra cushioning.

  • Consider bringing an eye mask to help you reach a deeper state of relaxation. The studio has large west-facing windows over the Merrimack River. As the seasons change and the sun sets later, it can be bright in the room. (Eye masks will also be for sale at the event if needed!)

  • Feel free to bring any personal sacred talismans or crystals. This is your time to rest, receive, and heal!

There are a limited number of yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters for use at this studio. There will not be enough for everyone, so I encourage you to bring your own props. Remember, the more comfortable you are, the easier it is for your body to receive the full benefits of sound and vibrational healing!

Important Reminders:

  • I will open the doors around 5:45 pm and stand outside the door to check you in upon arrival. There is no need to print or show your ticket. I will have a roster of all attendees and can check you in by name.

  • If this is your first time coming to the Kama Fly Fitness studio, please allow extra time to navigate the parking lot and mill building in addition to settling in before we begin. To respect the time and experience of all participants, entry will not be allowed once the doors are locked and the Sound Bath has started.

  • Restrooms have an access code and are a short walk down the hall. Come drop off your things, and we will provide you with the code and directions to use the nearest restroom before the event.

  • Please remember to silence your phone upon arrival. You may even turn it off entirely or put your phone on airplane mode, giving you a break from the electromagnetic frequency that cell phone service requires.

  • Save time and complete an electronic Sound Bath Liability & Waiver Form now. A QR code will be available when checking in for those who have not already signed the form. If you have signed this form for a previous sound bath with us, there is no need to sign another one.

  • If you have any questions, please contact Natasha at alchemyforthesoul.life@gmail.com or via text at 603-560-4212.
