Experience deep relaxation as you let the healing sounds of sacred instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and an incredible subatomic gong, carry you through the cosmos. You will emerge from the sound bath energetically aligned and refreshed after having set a powerful new intention supported by the healing vibrations of sound.

  • Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and other comfort items, such as water and an eye mask.

  • PLEASE NOTE: This studio is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
