Join us for Sacred Renewal, a deeply restorative Spring Equinox Sound Bath hosted by Natasha Dominguez of Alchemy for the Soul at Witchlight Oracle in Concord, NH. Join us for a journey of renewal, balance, and intention-setting as we welcome the energies of new beginnings. Through the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, chimes, and other sacred instruments, we will release the remnants of winter and embrace the expansion of spring.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are "bathed" in the healing frequencies of sound. As you lie comfortably, sound waves from various instruments wash over and through you, promoting relaxation, healing, and realignment of your energy. You don't need any

experience.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort, as you will be lying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath. Dress comfortably, and consider bringing an eye mask, journal, and water to enhance your experience.
